Terms of Service:

• The customer has the right to choose the design he wants in the colors and the form he chooses, provided that the design does not contain any ../images that violate Islamic law, or women’s singing material. The design proofs are presented to the customer in PNG format and he is not entitled to exploit the image in any way.
• The customer has the right to amend the design as he deems fit, with a maximum of 3 modifications only before final approval of the work.
• In the event that the customer accepts the final result of the work, coding, configuration, kinetic and flash additions to the design will begin.
• After submitting the design to the customer by any agreed means, we will not be responsible for any modifications to the work other than what was agreed upon.
• The customer is not entitled to request any repair or modification of any design errors resulting from misuse, tampering or distorting the design in any way, whether by the customer or any other person.
• In the event of an error by Russell designers for electronic solutions, the customer must request modification no later than a week from the date of delivery of the design.
• The company disclaims any responsibility for anything that happens to the design from tampering, sabotaging or leaking by the site owner or any other person who does not belong to Russell Electronic Solutions Corporation.
• It should be borne in mind that each of the defects resulting from the design and hosting in the case of dealing with other companies is not our specialty.
• The customer pays half of the agreed amount in advance, before starting programming, and the remaining amount is paid after agreeing to the design rehearsal.
• The work period in programming is calculated from the beginning of the date of receiving the first batch of the amount provided that the transfer time is in the official working hours of the programming department.
• We are not responsible for any modification or repair of any malfunction caused by modification of the code by the client or by any other programmer from outside the company.
• The customer does not have the right to remove Russell rights to electronic solutions from programming, and in the event that this happens, God forbid the customer will pay the value of removing the rights at 50% of the total value of the original work.
